Ludaroo is made by Timothi Ellim. This notice covers the public landing page and its launch notification list.
What you’re signing up for
We use your email address to send a confirmation email and, once you confirm, one announcement when Ludaroo launches. Signing up does not add you to a recurring newsletter or a playtest list. We rely on your consent for the launch email.
What gets stored
Brevo manages the list, confirmation links, email delivery and unsubscribing for us. It stores your email address, subscription and confirmation status, and the records needed to show your choice and manage delivery. Its service may also process technical information, including IP addresses, delivery events and email interactions.
Cloudflare hosts the page and processes connection information to deliver and protect it. The page does not include advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies of our own. Fonts and the gameplay clip are served with the page. Submitting the form takes you through Brevo’s service.
Read Brevo’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for how these providers handle data, including international processing. Replies to our contact address are forwarded through Porkbun to our email inbox.
Your choice
You can unsubscribe through the link in our emails, or email hello@ludaroo.com to withdraw consent, request a copy or correction of your data, or ask us to delete it. We do not sell the list or use it for unrelated marketing.
After launch
We will remove the active launch list within 90 days after the announcement. We may retain limited consent and unsubscribe records where needed to respect your choices or meet legal obligations. Any future newsletter will need a separate signup.
